I just remembered that the wife took pics of the install. I was pretty drunk by the time I was done so I forgot. Thought some of you guys might appreciate what it took to get them in. I did this two nights before the Dublin ride. I started around 9pm(because the wife forgot to tell me that they came in) finished about 3am. You know I had too have them done for the ride.

Are they all this big of a pain in the ass or am I just lucky? Anyway I think the bike looks a whole lot better.
Oh ya! I almost forgot the two most important tools for any job.

I bought a set of flushmounts, took about 10 minutes. I went to the garage to see what all it was going to involve and I ended up throwing them on. 06 zx6r. Good job though!

I did spend an hour or so in denial trying to find A way to get them in without having to take the whole front off. I also relized that you need two people to line it all back up to make it fit. I was pretty drunk and could not get it all aligned by myself. Like a trooper my wife came out and helped me.

And you're still married? Many years ago, I had my wife under a '71 Mach 1, and she informs me that "there's oil under here!". No shit? The tirade I went on is still legendary...

By the way, the blinkers look great.

thanks. I am lucky that I have a wife who does enjoy doing things like that every so often. Her dad always made her help when he was working on her cars so she got used to it. I plan on doing the same with mine.
