Ours is 36 a month withe trashpick up included and all that other nonsense.

got one for $3200 for last month at the shop, i think we are being fucked by the local fire department.

during the winter ours is 40ish including trash... set the sprinklers to run 4 days a week and now its 90 this month. but like everyone else said that has a high bill... My yard looks good though :) the neighbors probably hate us :) Biggest house on the block, greenest yard, and youngest couple here :D

mine is on average about 45 water only. During the summer it is about 60 due to the pool. I have two acres and do not water the yard. This month it was 140 because I left the hose on in the pool twice over night. The grass around the pool looks good, everwhere else is dead.
