Haha. FIRST Vista problem.

The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed.

Now, I tried to install a current version off of Microsoft's website, and the installer tells me:

Not enough storage is available to process this command.

WTF?

I have TONS of HD space, and 4GB ram.

I've googled the shit out of it, and I've yet to find anything that works.

Oh, and I CANT install/uninstall anything.

Go to services and make sure the Service is running. Had that happen on a few machines.

I tried the unregister/register and no dice. I'll try the others tomorrow.

Try running a disk check. Sometimes if there is cross linking or other issues on the hard disk it will show up in weird ways.
