I had my bike serviced last week and after i picked it up from the dealer, i took it home. i used it again tuesday and noticed my blinkers weren't workin. all my other lights work except the blinkers. i had the 4K service done but im not sure if they would of messed with the electrical in any way. i left it at the dealer and should be worked on today. I do have aftermarket turn signals but had been working fine for almost a year now. The guy in service checked the fuses but nothing was blown. any suggestions on what could be the problem??? Do my aftermarket turn signals void my factory warranty. I just dont want the dealer to try and charge me out of my pocket..

thanks for the input

And that is the very reason I don't let dealers touch my stuff.

If the blinkers where working when you carried it in. They should be working when you get it back. If not they need to fix it free!

And the issue is most likely in the blinker switch. They screwed mine up once on a warranty repair.

thanks for that info... thats what i was thinking is wrong with it
the tech at the dealer said that because i have the aftermarket
blinkers may have cause that... they havent called me yet and told me whats really wrong with it but if i have the aftermarket blinkers does that void my electrical warranty?

A light bulb is a light bulb.

If it draws the same amp. load it will not affect the system in any negative way.

Make them prove the aftermarket stuff caused the issue. (using Ohm's law)
