How to save images from internet?

anyone know how to save an image from the internet when its in a flash dealy? Like this from mlb.com. Other than print screen button, is there a true way to download these images?

Push the "print screen" button, open up MS Paint, select the "edit" option on the top menu, select "paste," crop the screen image to just the picture and save it as a jpg.
