COD4: Prestige

I finally got to the point where I could select prestige and get the EGA symbol next to my name.

HOLY SHIT I forgot what it's like to play this game without all my gear. It's like being thrown out onto the battle field naked and blindfolded. lol. At least I get to pick up other people's weapons and use them.

Anybody else nutted up and done this? Or am I just the last dork to finally get to this point? haha

i did it once, on my brothers sn and i've decided i won't do it on my sn, it's pointless just puts you back at one with a diff. little symbol they should really make it worth peoples while to do something like that cause it does suck balls not having any good weapons

went 5 times, before i decided to NOT do it again. I decided to get the gold weapons instead, and the only one i've gotten is the uzi, before i stopped playing.

and It really isnt pointless it makes you better at staying alive and using
what you have more efficently. I kept going and kept getting better and
dying less and killing more people my k/d is 1.33 with almost 46,000 kills

13890 kills 13645 deaths and i haven't done prestige, i mean doing prestige or not if you play long enough you'll get better at the game, and as far as gold weapons gold shotgun and gold uzi 100 headshots combined away from gold uzi

The 1st time i did it, i really didnt miss anything expect for my 3 frags.

Sheeeit. I miss silencers, red dots, overkill (two rifles), UAV jammer, Dead Silence, Iron Lungs, claymores, and more, lol.

Ive only had the game a short time no way Im going through that 10times. It would take way too long and I need my silencer/UAV jammer for all the people that rely on raddar. Im just going for the gold weapons.

ive prestiged 10 times now, been a gold cross for awhile and havent played the game much in the past 2 months...but i played the shit out of it for like 6 months and have over 20 days logged i think(but the game has been out for 8 months now)

i dont care to go back through all of it again for just a different emblem....i was really good at the game then my x-box broke then i started playing again and got back to where i was then my live wouldnt connect....now its working again i just havent been playing much

I even tried taking it apart, and putting a little silicone spray on the bottom joystick part, no luck.

It just takes time. You will start to unlock stuff soon. The main thing to rank up is watch your task like kills with a wepon or the others. They are you big points. You will rank up much faster finshing these task than just kills alone. If you are ever on send me an invite I will play a round or two with you.

I did wonders with the AK47... youll get better as your guns get better :) i use the ak47 with a scope .and increased stopping power and damage
