5.1 audio reciver problems, any good repair places?

I have a barley over a year old samsung 5.1 surround sound system that only plays the Front speakers and sub woofer when you plug in the wires to the receiver. The rear speaker 'outs' on the back of the receiver dont do anything, even if you plug in the front speakers to them. But the rear speakers will play in the front speaker ports.

Hope that was clear enough! Anyone suggest anything or does anyone know of a good repair shop that can take a look at it?

I don't have my best buy receipt so taking it back to them did nothing.
