Music and/or video editor

Anywhere I can get a good one for a good price. I need pro's and con's too. I have all the equipment now I just need a good editor. I hate the ones these mixers and stuff comes with. Any thoughts?

Are you looking for a program or some sort of board? If you're looking for a program then I'd suggest Pro Tools or Cool Edit Pro for audio. For video I've always used Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro.
