So I've got a new 10x12 oval canopy pavillion. It's on the nice end of temporary structures, I think, but it's definitely not permanent and it's not really made to support a lot of crap being mounted on it. It does have a very high ceiling so clearance is not an issue with anything I mount in the center.
Anyway, I'm just wondering what some of you have done for lighting in something like this. I don't want anything crazy bright or bulky, and it absolutely must be weatherproof and made for outdoor use. I'm considering something as simple as plain white Christmas lights, but I wouldn't mind something a little nicer. I'd also LOVE to have some kind of fan out there, but hanging any kind of real ceiling fan is out due to weight (although size would not be an issue). This may be a stupid question, but do they make any kind of really lightweight fans for this purpose?
I can post pics later if need be. I'd love to see pics of some of your setups too.
