View Full Version : what i don't recomend while trying to get fit

i went to austin a couple of days ago and it was 2 days of drunkedness. when i worked out the day after i got back i got overheated and yesterday when i worked out i was weaker than a baby chicken. i usually work out with 185 on bench, i had to work out with 155 and it was still hard. oh well i guess i will have to break my self back into shape.

I'll give that thought a big DUUUH!

Though I speak from experience. I usually eat really good on sunday, drink lots of water and hit the sauna and by that evening I'm back up to 95 percent. I dont usually notice a strenth loss, but my head isn't 100% clear until Monday afternoon and I continue to clean myself out until Friday to start the cycle again...

The sad part is I could be a natural pro by now If I'd just leave that crap behind. It kills testosterone production and, fills the muscles with crap, deposits fat, an kills the joints...:(

Your best bet is to leave it alone completely.
