I still have other goals to do, but figured I would share.

I just benched 210. I was sorely disappointed in myself a while back as I couldn't bench my own weight, so I set a goal and achieved it. It was a small goal that was more for continued motivation than anything else.

I know that there are others here that easily dwarf this, but that's ok. I'm not trying to be super bulky, just fit and healthy.

I also got over the wall of being stuck at wieghing 208 by changing up my diet to something that works for my body. I couldn't do the 6 small meals a day as I felt bloated and unmotivated. Instead I opted for Special K cereal for breakfast, sensible lunch and dinner. If I get a craving in between any meals I will drink a little muscle milk to ease the hunger sensation or cure a sweet tooth. I was drinking a whole carton in between meals, but that wasn't working either. One carton of muscle milk will last me a day or two now. I now weigh in at 203 consistently and it seems to be falling off a little at a time.

I no longer take the Ripped Man i was taking before and the progress seems to have sped up a little now. My body has never responded to things like everyone else's for some reason, so this is all an improvement without any supplements other than the milk.

My calorie intake has been averaging 1500 a day and I have noticed that I feel like my body is burning the fat off much better now. I have started to feel like I can accomplish something again.

Oh, yeah if you want to get the body you want, you'll get there much faster if you lift like you want to get "super bulky" period
