I've finally decided its time to get back in the habit of working out and putting on some size. Being 5'7-8" and only 120 lbs there is much room for improvement. I recieved my TRN-X, Orange Triad, and Protien today and began taking them this morning. I plan to hit up the 24 hour fitness after work tonight and see what kind of deal I can get on a membership. I will be picking up a scale as well as taking some pictures to show before and after on hopefully a weekly basis to track my progress.

Greg definitely took care of me on the supplements, plenty of sample packs too! It may be monday before I can get the Gym membership taken care of. I only had a minute to look around as I stopped in on my lunch hour but it looks like there is a good variety of equipment

If you are only going to use one club at the moment go up there and say you want it for 24 a month. I am guessing you are talking about the Rockwall club, if so it is a sport.

That was why I thought you where talking about the 24 Hour off of 30 in Rockwall, as it is the closest you can get. I can't help with Snap but if anytime you need anything from 24 Hour let me know.

What all are you taking? I saw your post in the pro-hormone ban thread. I just started TRN-X 3 days ago. I'm gonna be real upset if I stack on some serious weight and can't get it anymore. I'm using the TRN-X, Whey protien, and taking orange triad. My goal when its all said and done is 145

Muscle Milk, NO- Xplode, some cheap creatine pill.
I try to stuff my self with as much food as possible. However, I tend to snack on oatmeal and yogurt through out the day. Its easy to eat as im always on the phone.

You need to really pack on some food. If you are drinking beer and eating fast food and cant gain weight...you are really going to need to step it up on the food. A good 4000-5000 calories a day over 6 meals and 200g protein.
I gained 10lbs (8lbs muscle, 2lbs fat) in 2.5 weeks when I stepped up the calories. I was lifting 6 days a week, eating 2500-2700 clean calories per day. The good thing is you are skinny and can try and bulk without worrying about the fat. Pack on the food man...until you eat right and eat enough, your body cannot grow.

A little hiccup in the gym plan. Had to dump an unexpected $200 in the truck due to a bad catalytic converter. However. I weighed myself this morning, then again this evening when I got home. Weight is up to 117-118

for a day or two, that is a good gain...just hope its muscle not a big turd building up :D
Seriously...eat more food. I just did a diet analysis program and I was eating closer to 3000-3200 calories per day and not the 2500 I was thinking. EAT MORE FOOD

I try to weigh after bowel movements :D that way there is no excess weight. That has been my biggest issue is not eating enough.

Lifting weights will increase your appitite also, you're not going to make the progress you want without that gym membership.

Took me a while to figure it out. I went to the gym for 5 months and lost weight but never really seemed to gain muscle or really have any strength increases. Beginning of May I started eating 3000 cals a day (was eating 1500ish before) and the weight started adding up and strength has gone up.
Do some reading on bodybuilding.com and you will learn a lot. Lots of good quality foods with a good 200g of protein in a day and you will start gaining some muscle. You will read a lot of stories about how people never realized how important it is to eat a lot of calories in a day. If you dont have enough...your body has nothing to turn into muscle.

I'm slowly realizing that I don't have the accomodations to eat as much as I need to at work. I've got to start cooking meals and taking food to work with me so I have enough to eat through out the day. I'm thinking about throwing a weight gainer in the mix to pick up on some calories. Comments?
Finally got some financial relief. Should have a gym membership no later than Monday. Now if I could just find a workout partner so I can stay focused and will help me push myself.
Weighed again tonight. Looks like I picked up another pound. I'll weigh again in the morning to confirm.

Spent about an hour in the Gym last night. I figure I'll be pretty sore tomorrow morning, I worked muscles that I forgot that I had. After the workout, I weighed myself on their scale. It gave me a weight of 124 1/2. This is a balance beam scale and my personal scale is a digital. I seriously doubt that the clothes I was wearing could account for a 7 pound difference. I need to do something to see if my digital is really 7 pounds off. Though I guess I can still track what I gain on the digital and use the beam scale for actual weight.

Good luck. I've been thin all my life, but last August I was down to a sickly 140#. At 6'1", that was pretty scary. As soon as I quit smoking, the weight started going on. I wasn't too concerned about it and by November when I finally started working out, I was up to 170'ish. Five a week workouts since then just to tone up a bit and now I'm tipping at just a hair over 180 and feel pretty good about it. My frame can probably take another 20# and be good to go. I'm just now beginning to work on my abs since my previous problems were lower back (pinched nerve), upper back and cardio (from smoking 30+ years). The only caution I'd give is to do a complete body workout so you develop as you gain. I see a lot of guys at the local fitness center (Las Vegas Athletic Club) with really nice upper development and chicken legs. Again, good luck and have fun.

One more comment. I haven't taken any supplements besides Centrum vitamins. A lot of chicken, a lot of tuna and a lot of pork chops. Red meat every couple of weeks if I don't count the weekly In-n-out Double/double, fries and chocolate shake. Eat right, exercise right and it will all come together. Good luck

Thanks for the comments. Now that I have access to the gym I am working upper and lower body. I can't stand to have a big upper and tiny lower. When i was in High School, I was cut, and jacked for my size head to toe. If I can find a couple pics I'll post them. I have a great one of my deadlifting 335 lbs. I think thats what it was. Somewhere in the neighborhood of 3x my body weight

Ok. Let me start by saying that I put my faith in Greg. I accepted the gains that he predicted....Though I was skeptical, partially due to my inability to put on weight in the past.
So I did my first real work out in probably 7 years yesterday. Spent about an hour in the Gym......Crazy thing is, I could have gone for another hour....just going back and forth from machine to machine...This stuff just makes you want to go at it and go at it hard. Worked upper and lower body. Spent 12 minutes on the stationary. I get on the scale tonight, and keep in mind this is my personal, digital scale. It read a weight of 122 lbs. I will weigh in the morning to confirm. I measured my biceps just trying to track gains. I started at 11.5" Measurement tonight was 12". This could be due in part to a "harder" flex, either way, the same tension on the tape and the measurement is 12". I am almost scared to see the results after a full week of working out. Now what I need to do is work on a little bit of a tan to go with the new cut.......

Finished work out #3 today. Even though I've got some congestion issues, I feel better than I have, physically, in years. Probably since high school. I also realize how out of shape I let myself become. Startling really. I'm doing what I can to keep my intensity up. I decided today that after I got done on the stationary, I went back and hit a couple of muscle groups another time. I'm noticing some additional size and definition, along with the weight.

Its not drastic. I'll get some pics up soon to show. I think I may have to hit a tanning bed to get a tan though...which kinda sucks. I just don't have the time to get some sun with the hours I work

Though getting fat isn't a concern of yours OP, beer or any other types of alcohol are the last thing that you need to be ingesting while tryign to pack on lean mass. Alcohol consumption drops natural test production, as well as increasing estrogen for a day or two following a binge. Your better of eating a few of Greg's double cheese burgers, efen more so in your position, because fat is actually anabolic.
