I'm trying to avoid a trip to the ortho. It sounds like I have some meniscus issues... so for now I'm just self-medicating with advil and a brace. :o


Is there any joint supp. that might help me?

I'd start with Animal Flex which is the number 1 selling joint supp and pretty cheap.
Or SuperCissus Rx which has had great reviews.

I personally take Orange Triad because it has the Multi Via, Joint, Immune, and Digest....

where do you work? are you close to garland. i need to talk to somebody about this. i just started again.

i worked out before i got married and now that i'm going through a divorce i go to lifetime to keep my mind off of things.

any pointers?

I appreciate all your advice and help. If I were to get this same set up would it be a good beginning to my supplement endeavor? If you can't recall I am still trying to cut a few pounds but looking for a little more size and cut from tehweights. As long as you tell me there are no stimulants to amp up my heart I am good to go and will try to order some from you end of this week:)

Yes, what i take are the basics. I would not do the Creatine Mono for you though, you retain some water while on mono.
I'd do a creatine ethyl ester for you.

Pretty much all of them are a waste, but a few of them are useful.
Protein is a MUST, I don't care how much you eat(and I eat over 5-7lbs of food a day).

I'm 6'2 about 190-195 fairly lean and muscular, but like most people would like to put on more muscle and cut (not hulky) and lose that last little bit of fat covering the abs. I'm currently not taking anything. Suggestions for a regimine of supplements to basically get that Men's Health cover body....or close to it.

I've got the workout and cardio down, just needing that little extra to put me where I want to be.

I used to think so...but now Im going to say protein is a must. I eat a healthy 2500 cals a day and just dont eat enough protein without supplements. Im getting some of the Animal Flex for my joints after reading quite a few reviews saying it really helps with joint pain/clicking.

NO Explode/SuperPump250 dont do much for me. I stick with the basics: Protein, vitamin, fish oils (supposed to help but I havent felt/seen a difference).

Well, if you want a body like that i'd suggest picking up some TRN-X while you can. I have a few bottles left. It is a pro-hormone, however it's non methyl.

It's a lean mass and strength builder.

I just looked at 3 of their product lines. I take it they do a lot of 5% matching.

Where are you located, we could save you a lot of money.

It's the same compound. Matter of fact personally think BOSC has better raws from the results i've seen.

ummm thanks? Im putting down about 250g/day and weigh 175 :D
