These pictures were taken about two months apart from each other. The only supplements I am taking are NO Explode and Cellmass (just started to be serious about the cellmass). I am going to be adding protein to the mix soon. Obviously I didn't need to lose any weight but I am starting to see the hard work pay off not only in how I look but also in the weights I am lifting. In the before pic I weighted 165 and I currently weight 173 but I have shed the gut I am sucking in. Nothing too dramatic yet but with the amount of sleep I get and the horrible chow situation I am very pleased.
Before is Sandstorm and Sunrise
After is 100_0201

If the before pic is the first one, and the after pic is the second...it looks like you've lost weight IMO.

Well I finally decided to measure my progress Marine Corps style and ran a 300 PFT at the ripe old age of 28. Here are the numbers:
Pull ups - 20 (I could have done more but no need 20 is max)
Crunches - 100 (with 30 seconds to spare)
3 mile run - 17minutes 42 seconds! Kind of close but still under 18minutes
Thanks for the compliments!

And nice progress on the PFT that's a massive improvement over when started on this get back in shape kick.
