that sucks, I hate to hear that. There was one a few nights ago on rufe snow, a guy was running from the cops and he had his girl on the back and either he ran into the cop car or vise versa either way it was the most disturbing thing I have ever seen

yep I got caught up in the traffic and was 30 minutes late for work. And while I was stuck 2 other dipshits on bikes were darting in and out of cars like they were playing a video game.....

Taking my kids home from swim practice yesterday and guy on a yellow Suzuki sport bike was passing between cars and weaving between the lanes. It wasn't like he was doing it at an unbelievable speed but it's bad enough when you are on a bike. Why make it worse by being hard to see AND unpredictable?

We passed that bike wreck moments after it happened. When we passed there were still no emergency vehicles and no sheet, but there were several pedestrians surrounding the accident and directing traffic.

My first indication that something was very wrong was a tennis shoe in the middle lane. The rider was face down and not wearing a helmet, although the people surrounding him may have removed it prior to us passing. It was a chilling scene for sure.

Hopefully they didn't remove his helmet. You should never remove a rider's helmet after a crash.

sorry to say it, but he was probably being stupid and paid for it. usually comes from going to fast and running into the rear of a car that changes lanes.

is it worth the ultimate price ?

just because some lady was talking on her cell phone?

We all know it can happen.....so I would watch yourselves around the cagers.
Better to be on the track if you want to push the limits.

Im pretty sure everyone here has done some stupid ass stuff out on the street weather it was going to fast, riding wheelies, or just being stupid. Just some people are luckier than others and some people dont get a chance to learn from their mistakes

I know someone that saw it happen. She said he came speeding by, then 3 or 4 cars up lost it(don't know how). From my friends description, I think the helmet might have come off during the crash, because she said that she could see his brains hanging out of his head as he was on the concrete. How accurate that is I do not know, but she said it was really bad.

unfortunately, you're probably right. 635+bike accident generally equals someone doing something stupid.

Towing my dirt bikes back from Bells TCCRA race yesterday southbound on 75, I saw pack after pack of sport bike riders. Some were just cruising along, but most were flying and/or stunting. I ride street too, and admire the abilities of all who can handle their bikes with such skill. But when you mix in cars and trucks things can go bad really really fast.

So please, fellow bikers, use restraint and common sense out there, and live to ride another day.
