I doubt theres a problem. I know if its dark outside my dirt bike header will glow when I am letting it warm up before a race.

damn. and how fast are you going to be at 9-10Krpm consistantly? I know on my bike I'm at about 100mph at 9K or so.
nevermind, saw you're on a 600, which of course would be a higher revving motor. I actually just finally got my 2 Bros slip on and am about to go put it on the bike. Didn't see a point in going with a full system at this point since i might sell the bike.

I actually want to sell this system and am buying a stock can with the butterfly and shit... stock supposedly braces the subframe and works as a good bar

from what i hear, you aren't going to notice any difference between a slip on and full exhaust unless you are doing heavy engine modifications as well

That's alot of gearing. I had -1/+3 on my GSXR6 and i that was alot. So idk but it sounds like it might have something to do with it.

lol well headers glowing usually means a lean condition.. having this exhaust and no tune might be the culp...
gonna try a stock exhaust setup and see if that fixes if, but this bike dont see my highway time anyways.

well it could even be too much timing advance/ which is quite likely right in the middle of the torque range (that RPM the computer has considerable advance)
nice subframe! pretty cool .....when I stand offset my aluminum one has some give.
That shit looks stout . Not breaking that shit just by standing on it.
I'd say with that gearing yall stunt it a good bit. That or your chick is so fat you had to regear and rebuild the subframe !! LOL

Correction I'm feeling dull today -
I meant TOO MUCH RETARDED timing...
lol
could check your timing, it's basically lost power.
at that rpm though on the freeway I would bet it's just too much for it.
timing late or not, that's a shit load of heat being generated.

I'd say going from 136rwhp to 141.4rwhp with a slip-on is a good difference on a bike. The stock pipe on my bike is so freakin restrictive and has the second cat in it, and weighs like 20lbs, lol. Plus, I already had a GYTR pipe on it, but it was damaged from a fall, so I needed to replace it with something inexpensive, and the TBR pipe was inexpensive and the best gains out of others.

I actually won't mind the decrease in HP, supposedly with a stock can idle is smooth and consistant and you can use the can for a bar..
gonna do the kleen air mod and that makes it push thru idle super strong too..if only i could learn idle..
that said, anyone wanna buy the system? make ya a hell of a deal! :D
