well should i do it its about 300 mgs of caffine will i be okay i got a pretty good tolernece for caffine but i dont wanna be up all night. ???

300 mgs of caffine =54oz of brewed coffee. Its allot and I wouldn't do more but it won't kill you. I would expect to see a change is sleep patterns though.

Some of the triple blah, blah, blah, at starbucks have 300mg.

i missed up tha count its more i looked at it the no xplode has 200mg and tha animal cuts has 200 mg and i have to take it twice a day so its more like 600mg. iam gonna try it anyways see what happens

I wouldnt take that second dose after 4 or 5pm unless you have some lean dreams laying around.

no i sure dont.. i took dose one at 10am gonna take second at 4pm. i dont fell to much iam full of extra energy though no gitters or headaches for now.

if you take it around 4 you should be fine. just drink lots of water and you shouldn't have any problems.

yea i average like a gallon a day. but to update u guys if ur trying to keep muscle mass and strength and drop some pounds dont take this. iam having a lot of trouble eating food. appetite suppressant in this stuff is pretty good could only manage 3 meals today! lol
meal 1- one egg one slice of sandwhich cheese
meal 2- one chicken leg a very small serving of kidney beans
meal 3- protien shake
iam thinking no more than 1,000 cals today
workout- super sets
bench 4x8 185 between sets skull crusherss 4x12 60
squats 4x15 185 ( so light cause i dont have a squat rack at home. cant hang clean any higher weight ). between sets stiff leg deadlift 4x12 185
cardio- hit training- covering over 2 miles
