I was thinking about selling off my collection of 2 stroke enduros and getting something 4 stroke thats fairly capable off road and fun to ride, but street legal when properly outfitted. My RMX250 is a freakin BLAST to ride on the dirt and I could make it legal if I wanted to spend the cash but it would still be an unreliable 2 stroke that eats plugs and I wouldnt really be able to ride it very far because of the mixed fuel. The KDX200 is a good woods bike but I honestly want something a little faster. I went and looked at a 92 Honda XR250L today and it LOOKS like it would do what I want....but then I rode it....damn its slow. I'm thinkin along the lines of a DRZ400 or something comparable.

KLR 650? Only the most popular and followed dual sport out there. Was the same till 2007 and now the '08 is redone and still only $5349. Also has a 6 gal fuel tank (new one).
