ok so i just got my first bike and i want to convert my seat. it is a 2000 cbr f4 so it has just one long seat (ugly as hell). i have found that you have to convert the subframe, rear lights and tail but i dont know that much about it. i cant find any good tutorials either. if anyone knows anything about it let me know.

subframe, taillight, undertray, wiring harness(maybe, maybe not), seats, you will want to check the passenger peg brackets since the exhaust is mounted to the right side. That should be about it.

I think you can get away with not buying the harness, undertray, and peg brackets. Undertrays are damn near free on ebay though. Don't forget the tail section.
F4i parts are fairly expensive because of their resurgence in demand. (Which I think has to do with EVERY stunter rocking one)
Ebay will be your cheapest bet. It will cost $500 give or take to swap it out. You could try Richland, but that'll probably cost $1K+

well i called dallas honda and i can get the subframe for like 300 new. i think that will probably be the hardest thing to get my hands on out of all the stuff for the conversion.
