What time are you guys taking your protein shakes? Im doing some reading on bodybuilding.com and lots of people are taking casein protein at night before bed. I understand its a protein that takes a while to digest but would it be good for a post or preworkout?

My diet was based on having a pre and post workout casein shake and a snack before bed...but its looking like I should do a shake before bed and a pre or post shake.

Any suggestions? Workout time should be 10am

Think I figured it out

7AM: Breakfast (1c oatmeal, 1tsp honey, trail mix)
9AM: Detour bar or EvoPro Shake
10AM: Workout
11AM: ON Whey Shake
12PM: Lunch
2PM: Smoothie (Fruit, 1/2c milk, ice, 1tsp honey, splenda)
5PM: Detour Bar
7PM: Dinner
10PM: EvoPro Shake

Yeah, i take evopro at night.

I have some people buying the ON Whey and then the Evo for night like you were saying....
