Title pretty much says it. What do you have? I just need the frame, but might buy more.

I think he is just wanting to buy a frame that has a title with it.

So he can put all of the stolen parts on it.

An 88-92 GSXR isn't really worth stealing to be honest. I'm sure he bought a $500 basket-case with a lost title and is rebuilding it.

No, i am sure he is just looking to build a bike and just needs the frame. Probably having the parts overnighted from Japan. :D

Are any of the years swappable? I.E. will later model stuff fit earlier frames? Seems a relatively smart way to hide it. If you're a douchebag monkey at least...

None of the newer GSXR stuff would fit that frame. I'm 99.9% sure that dude didn't steal a GSXR and is trying to hide it

 didn't know you could fit a damn bike sideways in a minivan! you think the guy would've zoomed the camera in a little more though.

Who steals a bike you can't even give away? What's it worth in mint condition, maybe $300 - LOL.

You can swap certain parts on certain bikes, say for example swapping 2005 600RR forks onto a 2001 F4i or swapping a 2002 954 motor in to a 2001 929, but there is no way in hell someone is swapping late model parts onto that pile of shit.
Bikes update MUCH faster than cars and the changes tend to be more dramatic. Trying to swap a late model motor or bodywork onto that bike would be like trying to build a C6 vette on a C3 chassis. Sure with enough money and time you could get things to work our somewhat, but you would end up with a worthless butchered pile of shit.

If you know where to get a running bike with 50+ HP, I'd like to hear. I want one to build up a gokart with.

If I was doing something like that and budget was important I would probably buy a complete running late model 600. Something like a 99-02 R6 or 99/00F4. Neither have high resale and both are carb'd (which will make things simpler on a go-kart) and both still have a good supply of replacement parts.
Take the motor assembly and accessories out, then part the rest on ebay. If you buy it right you should have a good shot at making your money back.
There are public repo auctions you can get bikes from and even large impound auctions are good.
It's pretty easy to become a salvage dealer and you can become a member of copart or salvage direct etc. but that might be more hassle than it's worth just to buy one bike.
I really wouldn't want to use a pre-Y2k motor due to a lack of replacement parts. Infact if it was me I wouldn't use a motor that old at all, even if it was free.
Or you could do it with less hassle and just buy a complete engine kit like this...

That's actually an injected F4i motor, the seller is an idiot and the description is wrong, but it's an f4i motor.
You can find late-model 600 kits like that for as little as 600 if you look/wait.

I would imagine they had to strip out that minivan. That's some BALZY shit right there. Middle of the day on a busy downtown street. Surely the people at the redlight thought that was odd and called the cops
