Brownell's and Birchwood Casey have some decent hot and cold blue kits.

Revolver/Pistol is pretty easy as you can fit it in a small oven to bake if you do a teflon/ceramic coat.

When I was at the Garland Public range, one of the staff said he did blueing.

I had a 'smith buff my hunting rifle and it re-coated some of the rusted parts.
