Well server that is. Finally time to retire my old antiquated hardware. The new business is going along fairly well, but need a few more sells before I am convinced this is what i want to do.

OS: Slackware 9.1.0
Kernel: 2.6.8.1

AMD Athlon(tm) processor
cpu MHz : 1328.042

Total Memory: 1036608 kB

drive space:
80GB
40GB ( backup drive )
( these drive had no mirrors ^_^ )

Highest uptime: 1368 days before reboot by colo provider to 'upgrade' power type ( moved me to a remote rebootable switch )

As soon as I get an some parts ordered I'll post up, of course no one here will really care, but I'll do it anyway for the 3 people that do!

Your provider, didn't back feed you power or anything?

We were doing a migration a few weeks back and our facilities team was able to do a power upgrade on 13 racks without them going offline.

Not sure how this was done, because I used this time to "stack" some 3750G's for one of our Customers.

But in all I guess it doesn't matter if you don't mind the downtime, was your co-lo SLA @ 100% uptime?
