On my graph I would like to have the numbers on the x axis line up with the tick marks and also put a lable on each line of the graph. I know how to put a label on it but when I do it puts the label by each point on the line and I would like it just on the last one

Its was not hard. I have the graph that I need made but its these two details that are pissing me off!
