Pre & Post Work Out Shakes

What are some good Pre & Post Work Out Drinks to take while doing the P90X program??? I don't know anything about supplements. I'm new to all this & want to get into shape. I heard a lot about Optimum 100% Whey, On Pro Complex & Muscle Milk. Any advice would be great!!!

i like the muscletech vapor for pre workout. if not that i go with the dymatize expand powder, just cuz my distributor has it dirt cheap.

Keep things simple and you won't get tired of the taste.

Grayhorse carries some pretty good stuff as well.
I think the Evo-pro and Muscle Milk light are great tasting, but honestly...nothing really compares whenever you do the math(as in testing the purity of the product and subtracting out the fillers/BCAA's and so forth).
With that being said, I am taking ON pro-complex, Muscle Milk light, and Evopro.

Im thinking of trying the EvoPro. Im thinking of doing a preworkout smoothie (breakfast) with ON Gold standard and then a post workout with EvoPro. Anyways...can you PM me a price for both of those. Also, do you sell the Pro-complex?

id go with noxplode for a preworkout and and anytype of whey protien after workout i like choc. i buy the cheap stuff it all does the same stuff. DO ANY OF U GUYS GET THE PROTIEN FARTS? MAN THEY SMELL
