We normally only sell to home builders but we install a lot of shutters...

Installed - engineered wood - white or off-white
17 x 53 = $135+tax
35 x 53 = $261+tax
17 x 53 = $135+tax

Stained wood in any color would be about 30% more.

Try netshutters.com

I've ordered their stock shutters before and they're pretty cheap and easy to install (and look great too).

I work for Supreme Shutter Company out of Mckinney, the windows look to be about 60 in tall. If i'm wrong the price only goes down. Depending on where you live I could build, paint to match your trim, and install them for $603 tax included. I'll pm you our website

Those are Norman shutters (usually) and Norman makes the best ones... It's the same ones we supply. If you want me to quote just the cost with you picking them up locally, then I can do that too if you're just looking for the best deal and will install them yourself.

Us = turnkey, installed, warranty, done

Netshutters (or anything else online) = less expensive, do it yourself, no warranty, very little if any troubleshooting help if your wall is not flush, window not square, etc

Either way, I will help you out if you need anything because I don't really care but I wanted to offer to help out a board member.

thanks kenny.

the width of the two small windows are 17(w)x58.5(h) single hung style

then i have a small window above my sink. it measures 34(w)x35(l) this one i wanted a cafe style shutter, where you can still see over the top.

i'd like to just get a price if i were to come pick them up myself. :)

not installed, you pick up price (but I would still over guidance if you have any troubles)
17 x 58.5 = $114 + tax
35 x 58.5 = $201 + tax
17 x 58.5 = $114 + tax
34 x 35 = $121 + tax

On the cafe shutter - is that the size you want or is that the total measurement and you want it not quite that tall?

I might be able to get a little better price not installed, but I will have to check...

Just my stupid opinion, but I don't think shutters would look that good on those windows. The wall space between the window and those corners is pretty narrow. At the very least I would recommend bi-fold shutters. It looks to me that normal shutters will extend past those corners and hit each other.

But then you might be thinking of something completely different and it is your house. That's why it is just my stupid opinion ;)

on the cafe shutter, that's the actual size of the window. so yeah, not quite that tall.

thanks for the pricing by the way. i'll be getting in touch with you shortly :)

unless you're thinkgin of something i'm not... i thought the shutters framed the window? do they over hang the window that much? there's a good foot of wall between the small windows and the large window.
