I am going to buy a new air compressor this week and want to know if anybody has theres in a shed or something outside the shop. I get tired of the noise because it so loud and I cant hear the radio. I want to put mine in the shed right behind my shop. The worst thing is moisture but its not that bad. Anybody do this yet?
No but if you run the line underground, wouldn't that cool it way down and allow a simple moisture trap to work really, really well?

Yup I have mine in the shed. Gets it out of the way and less noise. Put a trap down the line then some kind of filter right before your air tools. That should take care of most of the moister. Either that or get a dryer setup.
