I need to lose about 15-20 lbs in about in 3 weeks!I'm not sure if thats possible or not! I gradute in three weeks and I want to get back to my normal weight! I started working out since last week and have cut back on all fast foods and all sodas! I don't eat anything fried! For breakfast I eat a bowl of oatmeal! For lunch I either have salmon, tuna or grilled chicken and some some fruit. For dinner I've been having a salad with no dressing and some chicken! I work out for about 45 min and do about 20-30 min. of cardio! An hour and a half before working hout I eat a peanut butter sandwich and a fruit or two to give me some energy! The only supplements I take is venom hyperdrive! Any thing you guys recommend? Should I do cardio before I work out? I also bought some GNC Whey protein but haven't begun to take it as I am unsure if its gonna help me or not!

Losing 5lbs a week is possible, but it won't be healthy, permanent, or even mostly bodyfat. I don't get where people get lazy for a year or two, gain weight the entire time, and then want it gone "NOW". Clean up your diet, do your cardio, and have patience.

I think the main reason I've gained weight is the booze! Which I've given up for a while! I drink every weekend and get trashed every time.. :o

-What's the best way to replenish energy after working out! Lately I've been working out very hard and after I'm done I'm down for a while!

For losing weight for the day maybe. It's all water, and comes back the second you start rehydrating. The only way to lose weight is by eating a well-balanced calorie-specific diet, and daily cardio.

calories out > calories in
