Firewall Help.....

Im trying to connect to Limewire but there is a firewall blocking it somewhere.
Ive already added/opened the ports and limewire to the firewall exception list.
Ive disabled the windows firewall.
Ive tried deleting all other apps that may have a firewall blocking Limewire.

I have a buddy who is using Limewire on the same network so i doubt its anything in the router settings.

Any help would be appreciated.
