Classes for the Cruise?

Im just wondering cause i havent seen any info on that yet.If i could add a suggestion,me and a few other members have been running a heads up pro tree class at Denton.I would love too see a heads up class(index) and a KODFWS class.I like the brackets too but this index racing is fun as hell.Cmon Brooks take a vote and see what you come up with,i think you might be surprized.If anything maybe during the fun and grudge run a pro tree,maybe that might give you an advantage when i run ya! :p

Remember guys, the key is TIME. We rarely have enough of it. So, to keep it simple - we stick with what we know works.


There simply aren't enough people who are "seasoned" enough to know the ropes in an index class, much less an index class with a pro-tree. So, most likely, we will not have anything with a P/T in the slower class. It will just about 100% sure be a bracket class as normal.

For the expernienced group, a P/T index class would be the equivelant of shooting fish in a barrel. I won't let that happen - this is intended for everyone to have fun.

I say have a street car class with a pro tree and the KODFWS race. You can only race one or the other classes to keep the race cars out of the street car class. Maybe have a couple money match races like nick does at north star.

Bradford went red because he was to busy hanging me out on the tree. He used his full 7 seconds then went in to far at the last second. I had gone 7.7 the previous pass. Since he left me on the 2 step forever I left on to much boost and did a big wheelie.
After round 2 the winner would advance to the final. Had I been able to keep the front end down, it would have been in the final.
Don't forget what we are comparing either. Full outlaw cars to a 4.6 with a single 91mm. Those guys all had 106, 114, or twin 88-91's.
We were not at the ennis thing because I put the car in the wall a month ago. If not I would have been there.
Our car is not put together for any particular class. We go run it against who ever. Sometimes we may be at the bottom when compared to some crazy outlaw cars. But either way going to run with that caliber of cars and qualify 4th and finish 4th is not bad. Specially when it's done with the smallest motor & turbo in the field.

at some point the tune got corrupted and the strategy switched from a9p to a9L, so we had to start over. And it's gone faster with less n2o. After the dyno, it will have a little tune up, and a big tune up.

I've never said .4 anything that was speculation by other board members. I post all of my videos with the times on the score board. But regardless we can race. You aint getting no virgin here. My cherry was popped a long time ago.:D
