Anyway to access a wifi thats encrypted?

A guy at work has an i phone and wants to be able to get on our wi-fi. Hes tried from his phone but it asks for a password.Anyway to figure out the password or go around it?

WEP can be broken with tools that you can download from the net. (WARDRIVE) WPA, im sure it can be done but good luck. Ive never personally known anyone to break it.

I can break it in about 15 mins of sniffing...

Its not easy and if you have no idea how to do it, Im not going to bother writing it all up. But it is possible. might wanna check here www.google.com :) :)
