Ok so I checked my body fat about 1 month ago and it was 19.1% weight was 210. Since then I have totally changed everything working out times a week and drinking no sodas. Well I checked it again and I am at 13.8% with a weight of about 206.5.

Can anyone tell me how much muscle was gained and fat was lost. Thanks I am far to lazy and crappy at math for this.

Body fat and weight were measured at the same time during the day as the first check.

Edit: Is this even physically possible?

I did some math and it says at 210 I had 40lbs of fat .
206.5 I had 28.5lbs of fat, so a total loss of 11.5lbs of fat and 3.5lbs total body weight.

your math looks right...

you lost 11.5lbs of fat and gained about 7.5lbs of muscle

yeah, that's crazy. If those BF%'s are right then you'll probably be right on track for a win in the contest. The pics will show...
