he is appealing it thought! He has a good amount of ground to stand on also. He has provided fuel for the NHRA at events and he had some fuel he was going to TEST with on monday soooooooo..... i don't know if it will stand up or not!

So is he getting fined for having it period or just having it in the wrong area? If it was an issue with him having it period and being an illegal fuel to run did they not just sample test the fuel in the car?

It has to be an nhra accepted, which usually nhra provides the teams with it at the track.

the fuel was PRO NITRO not the VP stuff, so it may have been because it wasn't what the NHRA approved to be there AT THAT TIME?????? but hell i have no idea

He knows the rules...... You cannot have any other fuel onsite if VP is available
at that site during the program.............
