Hahah, that's awesome. I was just telling my wife this morning that we couldn't eat mexican food for the next month, lol. I treated myself to a couple meals this weekend because I knew I was going to buckle down this last month. I even had Ice cream for the first time in a couple months, it was AMAZING!, lol
Anywho. it's gonna be brutal this next month, but totally worth it. 220-something here I come.

I'm still at 6 days a week.
Haven't missed a workout in 4 months now.
If I can't make it in at 4am, I just go after work at 5-6pm and put up with all the normal gym retards.
Haven't even drank a drop either in 4 months.
I'm not in the competition though, because I'm not near where I want/should be.
Going out to the track so much has really taken a toll on my constant food intake.
Thank goodness for the mexican chicken fajita's and the big ass grill we bring!
:D

i was out all last month, but since i am not travelling now, i am back on it. was at the gym 4x last week and a half marathon (walking). i've dropped some and hope to drop more. no way will i win, but i didn't do this to win the contest, i did it for me as motivation. heading to the gym now. it's not easy to fit it in with a new baby and no babysitters around, so i have to go at lunch during work when i can.

I'm looking forward to the after pics and seeing how many of those that were crying about the cut off time don't post up when it's all said and done.

I may be finished with that brick wall I hit, I'm down 5lbs! Its not much but the scales moving again and in the right direction. Looks like I'll be putting more hours out in the lawn and on the bowflex!

While I am not in the contest,I started at about the same time.
So far, I've lost 10 lbs. and have a noticable difference in muscletone. Many times in the recent past people have said "have you lost weight?" "Are you working out?" Etc...
FWIW, I work out at 5:30AM - 6:40ish...6 days a week. I've only missed 2 times, once the gym was closed for icy roads, the 2nd time the power was out almost all day.
