Pour 2-3 bottles of Robitussin near the base of the tree, and give it a week or so. It should come around.

Just get some fertilizer from a nursery, maybe a root stimulant. My trees are slow getting leaved compared to the rest of the block, but they are looking better the last few days. I sprayed the trees adn flowers with Miracle Grow, they will now double in size and produce 85 lb tomatoes! ;)

I'd go to a good nursery and also get a soil analysis. Maybe there is something that's quite a bit off in your soil. Plus it's nice because they tell you how to fertilize and what your soil is deficient in. One heck of a lot better than just putting chemicals in your lawn without knowing what is wrong.
