There is probably a good reason for this, but why not cut it out so it can be placed in there assembled?

It was very hard used a hot wire cutter then it broke so we used an Electric Carving knife she is like a Surgeon with that thing.I tried it a little and sucked at it.

Theres 2 rifles in there. The DPMS SASS 308 is so big that it just takes up all the room especially with the scope on it. I wanted to put my M4 in there also. There only 2 push pins away from being functional.

Looks great.
Better not piss her off, she could carve your ass up into little pieces and serve you to the neighbors. "Husband? What husband? I think he just left."

screw cases, I just keep my assault rifles on a sling under my trenchcoat. It's easier to kill people that way.

I only use mine for sporting purposes. Or if I want to go to a 1000 yard range I can transport it safely.

ROFL...
Nice job that thing looks really really nice.
Not to try to rain on your parade but how does it look up close? Last time I tried to cut one it looked great from a distance but just didn't have the finished look I was going for. If it looks as good up close I might be hiring you and your girl to do a couple for me :D
