.22 Bolt action help (1 last time, hopefully!!)

I have narrowed my choices down to a few different rifles. Price is a large factor in my decision, but I also have a few preferences (heavy bbl, stainless, synth. stock) that are making this more difficult than I bargained for....

Here are the rifles I'm considering:
1--Savage MkII FV (Synth stock, hvy bbl, but blued, not SS)
2--Savage MkII FSS (Synth stock, reg bbl, SS)
3--CZ 452 Training (Laminate stock, reg bbl, blued)
4--Marlin??? 981T? (haven't heard much about these)

Both Savage rifles are ~$220ish and the CZ is $270. I really like the CZ 452 Style or Silhouette (Synth stock on both), but they are $350+ everywhere I've looked, and I'll still need a scope. The CZ 452 Varmint has the heavy bbl, but has the wood stock (around the same price as the Style).

I like the idea of a tube fed rifle like the Marlin 981T, but the low price scares me... What kind of parts upgrades are there to make it more durable/reliable (if necessary)

Also, are the CZ's worth $100-150 more than the Savage rifles? I've heard great things about both....

Any advice/opinions are appreciated!!!!

EDIT: I've shot .22lr's my whole life, so this will not be my first time shooting. I'll be using it for plinking (turtles/targets)....

For turtlle and targets I would go with the cheapest one.

Otherwise I would rank them:
1. CZ (and yes it is worth it)
2. Savage (has the wonderful accutriger) I would just go with the IIF.
3. Marlin

The Savage is probably the best deal.

savage with a good scope can do one holes all day at 50 yards.

I dont know about the new marlins, but I have an old (pre 1965) bolt action that is a nice shooting, well made gun.

Marlin's microgroove rifling sux! if you clean it after every 5-10 shots it's ok, but even using CCI minimags, it fouls real quick. My favorite over the counter rifles are Savage, ya can't beat the deal of what you get, but if I were to spend 200 dollars on a 22lr, I'm buying a 10/22, huge aftermarket for parts and mods, and will one hole at 50 yards all day everyday.

Ruger 10/22 FTW! Very accurate, tons of aftermarket parts including barrels. The huge banana clips that snap together are awesome ;)

I have a Guns & Ammo magazine with article on bolt action 22. CZ was very accurate. Henry, Winchester weren't far behind. I forget the 4th model. Rimfire accuracy are particular on ammo. Have to try different ones to see what the gun likes. They have some past articles on their site.
