I need some ideas for food on the go, with no fridge or way to heat stuff up.. Im at school 3 days a week from 7-4. and have been going from that time with no food, which im sure is not good. I can't do slim fast or anything like that, it messes my stomach up for some reason. Only food choices up at school are fast food, so thats a no go, and the salads they do have only come with full fat dressings so that does no help. Any ideas?

Take a protein shaker and stop by the water fountain. You could carry a protein bar or just eat the salad with no dressing.

I thought about doing a protein shake, just was not sure if that was a suitable meal replacement. Guess it is better than nothing though. What are some good protein bars that are low in cal. and carbs?

Best tasting one on the market, hands down:

They also make a low carb version that is very good as well.
Watch out though...these things are addicting!

Here is something VERY easy and good for you.
Take a can of Cambells chicken noodle soup and mix in 16-20oz's of chicken breast
(chop it up so it's easier to go down).
You can get it canned in water at Sams or your local grocery store.
I eat this pretty much every single day at work.
You get around 100+ quality grams of protein and not very high in carbs either for lunch.

That sounds easy enough... Gonna go to the store and get some stuff for that. Ill look for those bars, can you get them locally or do you order them?

If you can get the dressing on the side just dip your fork in the dressing before each bite so its not drenched in fatty greasyness.
