Who do you guys think Nogera will fight next? I think Tim Sylvia can beat him if they rematch but that wont be until Tim wins a few. So who is next for him Arlovski? Herring? Mir? has anyone heard anything? I think Chuck would K.O him if he decided to step up. :eek: Man now that i think about how weak is the Heavywieght division!

Nogueira is a bad motherfucker, seriously. His fights don't look impressive because he doesn't seem to be able to learn not to get beat on, but NOBODY has knocked him out. He took that left kick from Cro Cop, went the distance with Fedor TWICE.

go look at chuck's last opponents. he has NEVER fought someone with the same bjj skill that nog has. Nog has the sickest bjj game for mma of all time.

how many of nog's fight have you seen? He is a legit top 5 heavyweight. Many people have him ranked #2 behind Fedor. There is a reason Randy won't fight Nog and is going to sit his contract out.

i agree on that randy will be all over nog! he just has a good game plan when it comes to bjj and i think he would keep too busy for nog to catch him in anything but that fight would be a toss up on who wins cause all randys fights go to decision, he cant knock any one out he just out works them! and as far as chuck and nog, i think it would be interesting to see i dont think he would ko him but im not sure nog would get chuck down so who knows how that fight would end up! nog has good stand up it really didnt show against tim cause of the 6-8 frame and reach (and thats all he has) but nog can stand and throw pretty well!

Think of it this way. Couture has been knocked out AND submitted in his professional career. Nogueira hasn't. I'm a fan of both fighters, but Randy hasn't fought a great BJJ guy in a long time. If I were betting, Nogueira has it.
