"I don't think what Dirk did was intentional, it was just a poorly executed attempt to stop the "and 1" when he was in the air...so in my opinion, he shouldn't be suspended. People have forgotten that the flagrant fouls were instituted to discourage intentionally hurting someone and to caution people against trying to injure. They were never meant to be the recourse when someone gets injured or two players get tangled up in a weird way that causes them to get hurt. There's a difference between maliciously trying to injure someone and awkwardly getting tangled up. Both can look bad, but one needs to be punished because the punishment is to deter it from happening again.

How can punishment discourage clumsiness? That's just stupid.

that sucks! I don't think that Dirk was trying to hurt AK47. Plus, AK landed awkwardly and that is what hurt him. thats stupid. I guess T-Mac got what he wanted. SUCKS ASS!!!
