Good game so far. Mavs took off pretty good from the start but haven't scored in a few minutes now. Damp is looking damn good. I just saw an alley opp from Kidd to Damp that I've never seen before :eek: 7-6 Mavs right now.

Mavs leading so far. Lakers went on a 12-0 run in the 2nd period to take a 12 pt lead. Mavs have battled back. Kobe is only 3-10 from the line, so that's helping. Freakin' Damp is having a field day...13 pts and 15 boards and we're only in the 3rd period. Damp also had a nice hard foul on Kobe. It was funny listening to Kobe gripe at the refs. He said "this ain't the NFL".

Mavs leading LA going to the 4th 68-65. Damp now has 16 pts and 17 rebounds. He's actually leading the team in scoring.. Unfortunately, he picked up his 4th foul at the end of the 3rd. I hope he doesn't lose his agressiveness. Jason Kidd is making Damp look really good.

WTF is the deal with the fouls called? Is it a foul if you breath on the players jeez. Can the players not touch the team with the ball? I don't get it

yeah, pretty much. damp had a good game today, but howard played mediocrely at best, and kidd choked in the clutch, along with stack making that stupid, stupid decision to dish it out to howard for the 3 when he was sitting alone under the basket with no one within 10 feet of him.

he flopped, but who doesn't in the NBA? the endings of close games taking 15 years + flopping + giving 5 or 6 steps on every layup or dunk conspire to make professional basketball almost unbearable to watch...college isn't any better with as sloppy as it is, and college games still have the never-ending-endings.
