Do you have any SQL work?
Just wondering what the pay looks like. My bro-in-law has done Network Admin work for about 10 years and is looking for a job. He moved here from Canada about a year ago and just finished up all his work visa and social security stuff. All his work experience is in Canada but he is Microsoft Certified.
Thanks
Tim
also, your PM's are full

Pay completely depends on experience. For starters everyone will be 10-99 contractors. We pay based upon billable hours to our clients, and half rate for office time, such as meetings, research, etc.
As we move forward, business increases, and whether contractors do what we expect of them, then there is a possibility for full time, benefits, profit sharing, stock options, etc...
This is a startup business, still in it's startup phases, although we've been operating since October of last year. We're already seeing great growth, and looking to add to the team that will help us grow even bigger.
