I have a guy wanting to trade me an '04 CRF250R with some "$3K head" on it that is supposed to be worth "$4500 easy when the season starts".

So.... What are your thoughts? FWIW, I'm asking 3K for the Bronco so is the bike worth that? It has to be easier to flip than a lifted Bronco with a blown motor...

I think you would be ok at $3000, but I think its only worth about $2500. Head or not, its not worth $4500!

for what its worth, i sold the 2006 yz250f at the end of the 06 season for 3200, my 05 crf250 for 3500 at the end of the 05 season. so yeah around 2200-2400 is ball park, regardless of mods for a 4 year old bike.

that bike doesnt LOOK like 4500 dollars. i thought you dont get money out of bike mods when you sell it? at least not everything you paid... and he's retarded if he spent 3 grand on a head for that thing.

Lmao! Just picked up my mountain bike from the bike shop yesterday. Now it's time to do just that with my boys.

Luckily they're only 5 and 10 though... ;)

if you're sitting on the seat long enough to get ass-sore then you're sitting down WAY too much of the time, lol.

I agree...$2700 tops. LMAO at $3100 in the head. It doesnt appear to be an RPM Ice Cube on there...You can send your head to Ron Hamp, who does the best porting on these bikes and have him port your head and install larger valves for ~$1000. This guy is trying to get over on you.
