For those that don't know, the Mustang is an early 71
The Strat is a lovely Squier I think but all of the "squier" stuff has been replaced except for the actual bridge
The Musicmaster is that 97 Vista series that Fender doesn't even support or recognize (the actual guitar)
And the Duosonic is a 64 that is actually ripped apart because I am going to get it painted. It is already worthless for the most part becase someone a long time ago removed all of the orginal paint.
THen I have that piece of shit Crate amp but that doesn't count. Plus I bought it for $100.
Excuse the mess, it's all in my command post.

DAYUMM!!
Those Mustangs are just friggin' awesome! I love the JazzMaster too. I'm really happy with my Jag HH Special...
That Squire Strat is relic'ed to the point of badassedness ;) Just put some good pickups in it to finish the job (assuming you haven't replaced them already)

Jagstang? I must not have been watching the Discovery Channel when those two mated. haha
First things first...
The Mustang is beautiful. But please... I don't know if you're just into the sound... but we must stop the lace sensor madness. haha. put some vintage style, noiseless pickups on it. Lace Sensor pickups are so bright, they almost sound digital imo.
And on the "Squier" that has nothing on the headstock, I don't think you'll ever really know if that's a Squier or a Fender. I'm almost certain that's a generic neck that someone has put on a body of some kind. Great rock guitar.
For some reason, unbeknown to me, some old Peavy amps sound really good. One of our guitarists uses one all the time. And a Radish sticker! haha. Those guys used to play at Chauncey's in Greenville all the time (my first band played there), before Ben got all famous.
And lastely... the kid's cute. But I bet he doesn't need an amp. haha! :D

gpamp The strats of mine and my friend that posted his up are both squires. I know this cause his was baught new and mine is a 80's squire 2 made in korea in the 80's. Yes your right i have had many necks on it over the years but the neck that is on it now is also off of the same year squire 2 that another old friend had.
Now as far as the lace sensors. You dont know your old fenders very well
They are not lace sensors They are just covers that they used. If you take the covers off they still have pole peices. The 70's mustang is all original besides some replaced sliders since they are easy to break so thats about as vintage pickups as you can get. My 65 re issue they made the pickup's the same way.
The sound of the mustangs are unique kinda like a tele. That is the reason we like them. Also i dont mind a little single coil hum. But the way the pickups are wound on the stangs you can put them out of phase and there will be no hum.
As far as the radish sticker yeah haha we played a few shows with them after restraining bolt came out and we all grew up in the same town. Good group of guys. hell the guy that posted the red mustang lived at chaunceys for a few years.
Notchnate nice i like how the color changes.
I need to have the peavey circuit board looked at. I tore it down and cleaned the pots but still crackles a little. It sounded awsome when the speakers where good. Hell the headroom cleans on it rivaled the fender twins and could get just as loud.
here's my tore up strat. '92 mexican. my first electric guitar. tele pickup on the neck.

haha sweet. I find it halarious that the fender custom shop is selling beat up new guitars for 3k and up. I mean buy something new. Gig it for a few years treat it like crap and youll get the same thing and save you a couple grand.

I'm sure I still have my ibanez somewhere. I'll have to find the parts and piece it back together.
