who can i call to come to my house and set up my wireless network. i have verizon vios and it wont connect with my xbox 360, my laptop connects. i want to make sure its secure.

call fios support they will help you. or 1800 myxbox will help you too. your ssid and wep key are on a sticker on your wireless modem/router combo.

Are you trying to connect your Xbox with the Wireless adapter? If so, make sure you have the latest firmware for you Actiontec router. There was a known problem with it not connecting to the xbox.
