I was riding with about 30 other guys and gals on 635... everyone else was doing stupid shit (Wheelies, stoppies, Stunts) and me and a couple other dudes were riding in back watching and some guy just lost his wheely and flipped numerous times. Dont know if any of you stangers were with us... here is a pic from the hospital. The guy broke his leg definitely. It was hanging off when we shoveled him into a car to head to the hospital. Hope he is okay.

Bike is totaled. Frame had a huge crack/tear in it. Never seen one rip right across the main spar like that. Motor might be OK, but all other parts took some huge it's and would be suspect.

I know it's hard to believe, but not everyone races, just like not everyone stunts. Seeing a street race makes my blood boil just like seeing guys blocking traffic so thier buddies can stunt. But more and more, I'm seeing guys on bikes do stupid stuff more than I see impromptu street racing.

Dude's gonna be OK...he lost a simple stand-up, and the bike came down and pancaked his left ankle, causing a very nasty compound fracture. Here's some pics of him before the wreck. He's a very good rider. Shows it can happen to anyone at anytime when you're riding hard and pushing the limts.

You are just like EVERY single person that has 2 beers and they "feel" that it doesn't effect them one bit. It may not effect them very much but it DOES effect them. Riding high is still riding under the influence and you are not at your peak level of concentration and motor skills...even if it's moderated.

It may feel different but unless you are different 100% of the time it is not normal. That is true you are not a scientist but drugs do effect you even in moderation.

Xanax works on the same receptor as alcohol. Both of these will suppress your judgement and motor skills, however, alcohol is worse unless you get completely stoned. Now, a single ritalin or adderall will have the opposite effect.

Pennington's one of the spots i got a trespass warning from last night.. Apparently the autox guys that show up randomly and 'race' have permission to do so, whereas i can't do a 5mph wheelie down a side lane without getting harassed. it's all about perception, and people hate bikers.

I've been late to meetings, from being held up by stunters. When I'm going to close a major deal, then yes it's an emergency to me. My customers don't give a shit if I got hung up on the highway behind some future Darwin winners. If I'm late, it looks bad on me, period. No matter the reason. Most of the time when it happens though, it happens on the weekends. Just because it's the weekend doesn't make where people are going any less important, though.
