my stepbrother and i are in the process of learning how to do it with Dreamweaver, its a 400 dollar program, its not something you can learn over night, but its not as hard as you may think, the programs do the coding for you. When are you hoping to have to page up by.

you buy a script and then go in an eddit what you want.. cost around $95 and it works in conjunction with paypal so that you can take CC payments and select shipping and never leave your site.

hmmmm, never heard about that but sounds like a smart way to go, i just shelled out 436 dollars for dreamweaver last week, but i plan on using it quite often for many different websites, so i will eventually get my money's worth out of it. After just an hour, i had my homepage done, nothing special yet though.

I shelled out some money on it too and hours reading books..and that is just a pain in the ass I can not get any flash to do what I want or anything else. I know how to wright my own HTML but it is only simple stuff you can do with common HTML... I am sure that you know how to view something and save the source to minipluate and use what you want out of it don't you?

dreamweaver used to be a joke with the people that could actually write code, but the creative suite stuff is taking off, adobe is pushing this integration stuff pretty hard and its become the industry standard whether some people can accept that or not...
i started out writing code in notepad just learning off of webmonkey but once adobe bought out the macromedia products and pushed the integration its just a no brainer, it saves time and thats that!

i've never done it personally, but i know what you are talking about. I have a huge manual that i started reading before installation but after about 20 pages i said "screw that' so i just installed it and started building. On the page im building now theres just text and pictures, so all i have to do is all pretty basic. It saves me time, and its been a breeze to work with so far, i like it.
