So who else thinks this new stimulus bill is bullshit? It only affects people who make more than $75,000 a year. Where does that leave the rest of us? I know there is probably a political forum, but I think I would get a better response from people in arms. Looks like the people that make less than 75k are getting shafted.

But I did realize that I was reading the Bill before it reached phase III which it is in now. Congress thought it would be not enough, so they changed it. Sorry I read the wrong phase of the bill.

Actually, you're wrong all together.

From the get go, the bill affected single people who make between $3k and $75k per year or couples who make up to $150k combined per year. The bill was endorsed by the President and the House, then went to the Senate where they are trying to add more pork to it and where it will eventually fail because the President won't sign it with the extra pork.

the bill NEVER gave money to those who maked over 75k it has from day 1 been money to single making under 75k or couple making UNDER 150k.. why would the people making over 75k need a financial incentive to spend?
