Does anyone on here play a guitar with a scalloped neck? I was wondering if the playability is any better. I kno this is not a guitar forum but i just wanted some opinions

I played one for a second once. It would take some getting used too. If you press down too hard it changes the note. I think it would be hard for someoent hats used to playing on a regular neck to try and cross over. I wouldn't mind having a guitar with the 12th throught 24th frets scalloped, but not the whole neck

I agree. Now what I wonder is if there is really a whole lot of difference between a scalloped neck and a neck with extra large jumbo frets.

yea i would probably only get my neck scalloped from the 12th up. But i would get it done on one of my guitars i dont play as much. But thanks for the input.
