I seriously doubt you'd have a problem...seems like a solid combo to me, but someone else may have a different opinion.

BTW, the red four eyed coupe in your sig is pure sex!

just depends. I run a 3600x2 overclocked to 2.6ghz, 2gb ram and an 8800gt and pull 24fps on Crysis in high @ 1440x900

It will run those games, how well depends on the price and what settings you want to run. Thats barely a mid grade system as that video card is pretty crappy. Look into gettin a 8800GT instead and if you can afford it, Intel Core 2 Duo to run it.

i assume your not running vista? 2g ram is barely enough to run that shit. nice system, i would get 4 gigs though :(

I run vista ultimate with 2gb, runs prefectly fine. You can cut down vistas memory use by turning alot of the vista features off like the sidebar for example.

Very true. My wife has a toshiba laptop running vista home premium with just 1gb. It still chews up 700-800mb idle but runs ok for what she does.

also there is a misconception that vista uses alot of memory. Vista has a new memory managment setup where on the desktop it might use a ton of memory but once ya load up a game for example it automatically turns alot of stuff off freeing up memory for the program. I was terrified of vista by what i read. I got my copy of ultimate for 50 bucks so it was worth the risk and so far its been great! SP1 is about to be released in march and that will help alot of the small issues people are having.
